Cancellation Policy: Tickets are non-refundable, but transferable to other Soul Navigation services or future retreats (minus a 20% admin fee). You can also sell or gift your ticket to someone else. If Meredith is unable to lead the retreat, it will be rescheduled within one year or fully refunded if she cannot reschedule. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of unforeseen changes.

The space is a hidden little treasure, behind a non-descript grey door (the one you see me in, in the photo below). You will need to walk up about 20 stairs as there is no elevator. It is in a location off the beaten path; down Post Alley at Pike’s Place Market, squished in-between The Tasting Room (where we will meet for our “Meet and Greet” on Thursday) and Kell’s Irish Pub. The door is hard to find — but once you enter – you will find yourself in a whole new world. It’s cozy and there is no air- conditioning.
Meredith's Hotel Recommendations for Seattle:
These are Meredith’s hotel recommendations. You should find a place that is walking distance to the venue at Pike Place Market, in Post Alley. You don’t need a car, as it is too expensive to park in the city. Also, don’t book a hotel on 3rd Ave, but Alaskan Way, Western Ave Ave, 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th and 6th are great. Also check out Air BnB options on Alaskan Way or Western on the waterfront. Transportation from Sea-Tac Airport:
Travel for FREE from Seattle Tacoma Airport (Sea-Tac) for on the Light Rail. Go to the website listed below to figure out how to do it and download the AP in advance. If you are staying near Pike’s Place Market you may want your final destination to be GH Downtown or Health Center Downtown from the airport. Then you can catch an easy Uber to your hotel. Be mindful walking late at night, especially with suitcases, in downtown Seattle.
Download the Uber Ap and take an Uber from the airport. This will cost between $60 – $80, depending on rush hour traffic. Rush hour would be leaving the airport between 4:30pm and 6:30pm.
Seattle has a great affordable bus system. You will need to have exact cash to ride the bus. If you have time and feel savvy, it is relatively easy to use. Go here to figure out the details:

REFUND POLICY: All payments are non refundable however they are transferable to another Soul Navigation service, (such as future workshops, readings with any team member – including Meredith, charts and reports or merch in the Soul Navigation shop!) You will receive a full credit minus a $20% administrative fee. However, you are also welcome to sell your ticket to another person if you like.
COVID19 POLICY: Should Meredith be unable to conduct her workshop and retreat due to covid, or if the pandemic does not allow us to hold the workshop, we will reschedule the workshop for a future date within 1 year. If Meredith is unable to hold the workshop at all you will receive a full refund.
